  1. Ownership will call every customer and make sure we have earned five stars or we will fix the issue in person and make it right

  2. Background screened service techs will [1] educate you on how your systems works and what the current problem is, [2] they will review transparent pricing estimates for service and installs with you in plain english, [3] and they will be paid in a way that creates a customer for life, not a $ signs for the day 

  3. If we don't adequately trouble shoot your issue with you on the phone and we charge you a $100 service call charge for something minor - we will credit that towards a future service or maintenance agreement
